You are covered by the Consumer guarantee against faulty goods and we will endeavor to exchange/reimburse you should there be any such issues. Please carefully inspect the goods on arrival and let us know if you have any problems within 10 working days.

We will take the best possible care to package the goods appropriately, however in case of damage to goods occurring in transit you may be required to provide the freight company with details  for the insurance claim.
